This student apartment building seeks to provide good student accommodation on the heart of Braamfontein right opposite The University of the Witwatersrand. Situated on Jorissen Street it is edially located for easy access by students to the university grounds.
This 18 storey building will accommodate 960 students in an “apartment” style arrangement. The existing petrol station on the ground floor had to be retained while the rest of the site accommodates retail space and the reception and waiting areas for the apartment’s residents. The roof level provides for sport facilities including a running track.
